Jesus is The Center of it all!

Fresh Impact Church passionately reaches out to people who are distant from God.  We seek to reach those who are new to Christ while continuing to grow disciples in Christ. Although our approach is simple by lovingly leading the lost to Christ and is anything but traditional, we believe in and maintain a conservative biblical position.

The Bible
The Bible is the sacred book inspired by God. The Bible is authored by God, written by man, and delivered to the writers by the supernatural guidance of the Holy Spirit. The Bible is infallible, true and speaks to our everyday lives.

II Timothy 3:16; II Peter 1:20-21; II Timothy 1:13; Psalm 119:105, 160, 12:6

Trinity – The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
There is only one true God and exists within Himself eternally as three Persons – The God-Head: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Each are indivisible and serves different functions with equal power and authority.

Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 61:1; Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9-11; Luke 1:35; John 5:21-23; 14:10, 16;Romans 8:9-11; 1 Corinthians 8:6; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:8-10; James 2:19

The Father
We were created in God’s image, but because of our sin we become separated from Him. God is powerful, compassionate, omnipotent, omniscience, omnipresent, and His love is unchanging and is faithful to His promises. It is Him that we move to please, love, and exist for.

Exodus 3:14; Numbers 23:19; Leviticus 11:44-45; 19:2; Psalm 11:4-6; Malachi 3:6; John 3:16; 4:24; 5:26; 14:1; Acts 17:28; Romans 3:3-4

The Son
Jesus, the Son of God, both man and God at the same time.  He lived a perfect life without sin and dies for the sins of the world. Jesus came to repair man’s relationship with God and show us through His many scriptures and parables how great the love of God is for you and me. Only by confessing that Jesus is Lord and believing that He is the Son of God who died on the cross for our sins, will you received eternal life with the Father. He is the bridge between man (you and me) and God.

Matthew 1:22-23; Isaiah 9:6; John 1:1-5, 14:10-30; Hebrews 4:14-15; I Corinthians 15:3

The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit is the guide along your personal journey with Christ. The Holy Spirit leads us into God’s righteousness and convicts of sins. It is through the Holy Spirit that we receive our spiritual gifts, discernment, and comfort.

II Corinthians 3:17; John 16:7-13; Acts 1:8, 2:4; Ephesians 5:18; Galatians 5:25

Salvation
Salvation is a gift from God to man and give man eternal life with God. Each time we sin, we break God’s heart because we were created in His Image and He is without sin. We could never make up for past sins through improving our behaviors or doing works in our efforts. We must trust and have faith that Jesus Christ was God’s offering to forgive us for past sins and He will remove the penalty for sin.

Isaiah 1:18; 53:5-6; 55:7; Matthew 1:21; 27:22-66, 28:1-6; Luke 1:68-69; 2:28-32; John 1:12; 3:16, 36; 5:24; Acts 2:21; 4:12; 16:30-31; Romans 1:16-18; 3:23-25; 5:8-10; 6; 1 Corinthians 1:18; 2 Corinthians 5:17-20; Galatians 2:20; 3:13; Ephesians 2:8-10; Philippians 2:12-13; Hebrews 9:24-28; Revelation 3:20

Eternal Life
Man was created to exist forever. He will either exist eternally separated from God by sin or in union with God through forgiveness and salvation. To be eternally separated from God is Hell. To be eternally in union with Him is eternal life. Heaven and Hell are places of eternal existence.

John 3:16; I John 2:25,5:11-13; Romans 6:23; Revelation 20:15

Man
Man is made in the image of God and is the supreme object of His creation. Man was created to have fellowship with God, but became separated in that relationship through sinful disobedience. As a result, man cannot attain a right relationship with God through his own effort. Every human personality is uniquely created, possesses dignity, and is worthy of respect and Christian love.

Genesis 1:27; Psalm 8:3-6; Isaiah 53:6a; Romans 3:23; Isaiah 59:1-2

The Church
The Church is a local community of baptized believers unified through faith in Christ. As believers, we are committed to the teachings of Christ and obeying all of His commands. Daily we seek to bring the Gospel to the world. The Church works together in love and unity, intent on the ultimate purpose of glorifying Christ.
